Using a new, dedicated mobile phone number and email address (both provided as part of your package) we’ll create a logical and carefully-selected sequence of messages that will be sent at planned times to each of your enquiries.
Your prospective customers will receive just the right blend of text messages and emails, at just the right times, to encourage them to consider your business and get in touch. Messages may contain a mix of information, questions about their requirements, booking links, website links, reviews, and more, according to your business needs. Everything is purposely chosen to help your customer along on their journey towards working with you.
You can trust our team to write content with the best outcome in mind or, of course, you’re welcome to share your own thoughts and ideas about what messaging is sent. Naturally, you’ll need to approve all messaging before going live, to ensure you’re completely happy.
We’ll make sure customers receive communication from you fast – we know that the speed of follow-up is crucial, so they’ll receive their first contact from you immediately after their enquiry. Further messages will be cleverly paced to retain attention, and cause the minimum of friction.
Should a customer respond at any point, requiring your 1-to-1 attention, their message is passed to you and the sequence stops.
Only when all options have been fully exhausted, and all follow-ups have been sent without result, your contacts will then make their way to a holding list. From there, you may choose to later send an email or text message campaign – for example to announce a special offer, at a certain time of year, or to simply reactivate some old enquiries – or you can even use your contacts as a Facebook Custom Audience so that you can advertise directly to them! The possibilities are almost endless.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I get my enquiries into the system?
We’ll take care of that for you. If you’re using Facebook ads, we’ll map the data into our system for you. If you want to bring your website enquiries into the system, we’ll make that happen for you. If you have a landing page that you’d like to send the leads from, we can do that for you. We can even install a simple ‘chat box’ on your website and pull enquiries from there too! Wherever your leads are coming from, we’ll get them integrated for you.
Does the system use my own phone number?
No, this would require you to ‘port’ your number to us, and we don’t want that – we want you to keep it. When you come on board, we will assign a new mobile phone number to your account, and this number will be used for sending text messages. Any replies to that number will be forwarded straight to your normal number, so that you can follow-up the customer directly.
Does the system use my business email?
No, we’ll assign a unique email to your campaign. We monitor many things when we send emails for you, for example we track which emails are opened, which of your customers click links, which links they’re clicking, and which of your customers are engaging most with our messaging. All of this wouldn’t be possible if we tried to use your regular email. Similarly with our text messages, however, when a customer replies to one of our emails, their reply will be sent to your usual email for your own immediate follow-up.
On the subject of emails, once all follow-ups are exhausted, your contacts will remain in our system (unless you want to remove them). This means that, if you wanted to, you could later send an email broadcast to these older contacts, which can be a great way to reactivate old enquiries and find new customers. This is always best done from an email address that is not your daily email.
Am I tied to a contract?
Not at all, we work together a month at a time. We operate a simple subscription which renews each month, but you can cancel anytime – although we don’t think you’ll really want to go back to manually following up enquiries any time soon!
How do I get started?
When you sign up with us, our team will get to work on getting everything set up for you straight away. One of our onboarding team will contact you via email, and will help you share any information needed to get things moving, which includes understanding where we are bringing in leads from, any messaging requirements, and so on. We will then complete the setup at this end, and we’ll let you know when the system is ready to receive and respond to your enquiries.
Do you offer a free trial?
Sorry, we don’t. We would love to, but setting up your account in the first instance is quite intensive and time-consuming. Also, right from the start, we will allocate a new UK mobile phone number to your account, and we’ll be sending frequent text messages and emails to your customer – all of which have a physical cost. It’s sadly just not possible to offer such an involved service for any free period.
But please remember, your commitment is just one month at a time, and you can cancel at any time. So in the highly unlikely event that you’re on board with us and not impressed by what we do, you’ll be able to simply cancel your subscription and we’ll stop everything.
